Our banana leaves are carefully hand-harvested by farmers from small Afro-Colombian communities in southern Valle del Cauca, sourced from sustainable farms within the Colombian Chocó biogeographical region—one of the world’s most important biodiversity hotspots and natural home to iconic poison dart frogs such as species of Oophaga, Andinobates, and Phyllobates.
